Shaun (USA) and Mariecruz (Chile) chose a very unique location on the outskirts of Pirque for their special day. The property and gardens made this location fantastic and the addition of äll guests...Bring a hat" gave them some very cool and fashionable photographs of their wedding day. Due to me being extreemly busy I only have time to pop a few quick photos here (11 of the 400 given to client)

Matrimonio en Pirque ( 9 English Bridesmaids go crazy in Chile)

Fiona from England first came to me through my connection with the I Love Chile newpaper http://www.ilovechile.cl/ . After meeting her and Christian I just knew this was going to be a very different wedding with the mix of English and Chilean styles. Held in Pique on 18th Feb 2011 this weddings 9 Bridesmaids created quite the show. This was an awesome day and a pleasure to shoot a wedding for a friend..Since I am a little behind on my updates I will just be picking a small amount of random images for the next 5 posts, to see more fuller posts please visit weddings posted before this one

SNEAK PEEK!

Ian and Monica first contacted me over 1 year ago while they were living between Dubai (UAE) and London (UK) to begin their plans for their intimate family wedding when they arrived in Chile. After the usual million emails and a some skype calls and without fail the pre wedding meeting we polished off all the details and made the game plan. We satarted off in the original family home of Monica where she did some of her preparation and awaited the 1947 Black Citroen Limo. Monicas Dress was a knock out, Its of spanish design and purchaced in Dubai and brought all the way here to Chile via London. I think this dress has its own passport. So, some quick details then off to meet the groom.

This old front door has many memories behind it as Monica grew up in this house so I felt it would be a nice touch, something touched by all the family present and past.

So off we go to meet up with Ian in Las Condes before he makes the walk to the church in his very dashing designer suit from London UK topped off with a corking pair of shoes and a red rose. I do not often make HDR (High Dynamic Range) images for weddings but this next shot was just beggng for it!!!

These guys were without doubt the hippest dressed bride and groom in Santiago last Saturday.

When Monica arrived there was a great setting sun between the buildings of Santiagos Las Condes area which made for some great (private) images for the couple just as we had planned in our chronology.

After the ceromony it was time to catch some fun shots before heading of to Plaza Libertad de Prensa for a  top resturant, food drink and then dancing thanks to the music of  http://www.musicbox.cl/

Speeding through downtown followed closely by the WeddingPhotoChile-Mobile

and just before going up for cocktails , dinner and party I grabbed one final image with the car before it left us for the evening.

Matrimonio Costanza & Jorge ,El Pregon, Casablanca, Chile

Heres a little sneeky peeky....
What a great sunny warm day in the Casablanca Valley at El Pregon for this wonderful wedding. Jorge (The Groom) arrived bright and early complete with jacket, shoes and....ehhhh...better call to find out where your pants are !!!  OOOPS !!

Not completely shocked Costanza gets the pants story first hand....

After the ceremony it was a quick greeting session then time to skoot back the 3km from the church to El Pregon to begin the cocktail. This little old church is over 70 years old and has some serious scars from the TEREMOTO but these add to its charm and history

After cocktails as the guests start to enter for dinner was a chance to catch the last of the days natural light and make some shots among the landscape of  this great location.

Mauricio catches the happy couple from another angle...the advantage of having Two photographers!

Between bouts of the wild fun came moments like this...the way Costanza is looking at Jorge just says it all !!

Also consumed in the moment, Jorge seems almost unaware there are nearly 200 other people in the room

and without fail   the inevitable dance of the Marinos....but guys, youré not suposed to drop him  !!!

and to end this quick preview off is a shot of me dragged into the crowd just before the guys attempted to pick me up with my cameras   YIKES  !!...thank goodness that didn't happen.. What a blast this wedding was.. Thanks Costanza and Jorge for a great day and one of the best steaks I have had in Chile !! I can't believe how well this shot turned out considering a guest took it with my 2nd camera after a couple of piscos ****("couple") *****
