Raul & Consuelo, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile

It has been nearly two years since I shot the very personal civil wedding of Raul and Consuelo staged at the brides family home in Jardin del mar. Both Raul and Consuelo were insistent on that day they would want me to shoot their church wedding in the future and they sure meant it as they booked me nearly a year in advance. I really thought it was great to be shooting a friends wedding and i was not wrong. These guys and their families made me feel like I was a guest more than the photographer. Many of the guest already knew me from the civil wedding so it made them much more footloose and fancyfree when it came to relaxing in front of the camera. With preperation at the Marriot Hotel in las Condes Santiago amd the groom prep at home it was once again the best chronology to visit the groom first then spend more time shooting Consuelo and her gang getting ready.

This wedding was at that great little church in las Condes Santiago where weddingphotochile has covered several weddings now and its always a pleasure to shoot there. Even although it was dark after the ceremony we used the city to light the way and had some great fun before heading off to the grand centro de evento La Casona Las Condes

So lets start with Raul and Jack Daniels getting ready

On te wall behind is the HUGE chronology planner these guys had above their bed to plan this HUGE wedding... Im sure I am up there somwhere..! in the bottom left corner is a photo I took of them 2 years ago...awww, made me feel all wecome lol

While Raul and his Papa were taking care of his dressing details it was time to gt the rins and s what risky shot I can take to get my heart pumping ...
Ah Yeah that will do it....after all...its only the 14th floor...Consuelos gonna kill me...again lol

Jocelyn y Jose en Vina Del Mar, Chile

After just one meeting with this awesome couple we seemed to click and I got a taste that I would be their wedding photographer for their rather large wedding in the Salinas Campus of vina del mar chile. after the final meeting just a few weeks before the big event we managed to tie up most of the loose ends and the chronology of the wedding day carved in stone. Jocelyn, her mom and her likewise high energy friends were all waiting for weddingphotochile to arrive at the house in Jardin del mar where the preperation would begin.. a wild bunch of girls sure set the tone for the rest of this fantastic day.

A Fairytale Wedding

Such a small.world.we live in approx two years ago a chliean bride to be and her future husband from autrialia contacted me from australia with a consideration for being their wedding photographer in december 2009 in Pucon Chile. After much of the online back and forth we set it all up and wham bam job done.

As part of my ongoing facebook activities i decided to run a prompotion of a cost price wedding photo package for the 2000th person to connect to me and I was blown awY when it turned out to be the sister of the bride from australia. Such a small world. So to late to cut a long story short here we go

Daniela loves fairys. No. I mean LOVES. This wonderland theme of this day and the ladies all with wings was somethibg I have never experienced in the past and i doubt will have the chance again. This was an extremely unique event in everyway, and I got to see my Aussi friends one more time. Allround Awesomess

I will open with Danielas wedding day gift to Mauricio... Gotta Love that one
